The preparation of the form is done by hand and the rest of the dough is entrusted to the wooden boards which preserve their integrity during the leavening process.
The texture is soft and rich in crumb, ideal to accompany meals or to be stuffed.
The crumb is easily removable to facilitate the filling, and turns into a recovery element for the creation of other foods.
