The Cuti Bakery is a family-run food company, founded in 1985 by Antonio Alessio, Giovanni Bruno, Giuseppe Bruno and Vincenzo Gallo. Nowadays, the company daily produces and distributes fresh and dried baked products in the provinces of Cosenza and Catanzaro (Calabria, Italy), but it is also able to deliver them by means of domiciled shipments throughout the entire Italian territory.
The company takes its name from the ancient quarter of Cuti, in the municipality of Rogliano, where is still open the historic bakehouse. At the present, the second generation of the family is operating the necessary updating of the work. However, the constant and precious support of the founders allow to realize a continuity with the ethical values of the traditional production of Cuti bread.

The mission is to always provide a safe and genuine product, which is why we encourage an open and attentive dialogue within the communities in which we operate and invest in innovation of quality processes according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
Traditional production is guaranteed by the thirty-year-old workers, by cooking techniques in a wood oven and by the sustainable supply of local resources.
The construction of the wood-burning oven itself comes from the canons and techniques of the ancient workers present on site. In Cuti the local workers for the construction of the kilns were famous from the 1700s, favored by the availability of a clayey soil suitable for making bricks.
The company is specialized in the traditional production of numerous baked fresh or dried products, but aims to expand its production capacity also in relation to the consumption indicators of specific types of functional bread.
Thanks to investments in technological innovation supporting the traditional Cuti bread production, we started in 2014 with the certification of the quality system. Ever since, the company has ongoing innovation processes concerning logistics, storage and transport, fields where both tradition and innovation can be enhanced.
For over 30 years, the Cuti Bakery has been guided by a sincere entrepreneurial spirit that puts authenticity first, looking beyond territorial borders in the continuous search for new ways to improve the values for our people, for our customers and for the community.
