Description
Created to be stuffed, this product has an elongated shape and thanks to the cooking technique, fast and at high temperature, it is kept empty inside.
The preparation of the form is done by hand and the rest of the dough is entrusted to the wooden boards which preserve their integrity during the leavening process.
